We have many networks with casting directors and companys, and when there is an upcoming audition, we get whats called a breakdown. This will include what they are looking for. These descriptions can include everything from age range, style,\u00a0 to hair colour.<\/div>\n

From these details, we go through our roster of talent, meticulously picking whom is right for the role to submit for consideration.<\/div>\n
