“I was born and raised in Orangeville, Ontario. I have been a personal trainer now for a few years, but wanted to travel and explore a yoga teacher training program in NYC.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“I have completed my 500 hour program and now want to focus on mental health and helping those with depression. I find there is a real joy and benefit from doing yoga not only psychically but mentally as well. It has helped me through my own struggles and now my goal is to help others.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“In my spare time I enjoy boxing. Just this past June, I completed my number one goal on my bucket list and had an amateur fight. Was quite exhilarating.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“My future goals with education are completing fire fighting training and one day help others even more so. In my spare time I also volunteer at our local soup kitchen in Orangeville.”<\/p>\n

It is such a pleasure to have someone as giving and inspiring as Amelia on our roster. She is truly an example of someone who is beautiful inside and out.<\/p>\n
