Ana is a Western European Canadian artist<\/strong> born to a French country Basque father and a Northwestern Spanish mother. She defines herself as an eclectic and versatile human being<\/strong> who loves learning, harmony, balance, and helping people to find ways of expression and worth in life.<\/p>\n

Ana is a self-taught visual artist who loves colour and softness when creating her artwork.<\/p>\n

Painting themes & materials<\/u>:<\/h4>\n

Ana is mainly interested in capturing the essence of human\u2019s spirit<\/strong>. She loves painting children, who she believes are the most authentic and pure expressions of what a human being is.<\/p>\n

She also paints portraits, abstractions and still life using soft pastel, sanguine and sepia charcoal pencils together with acrylics painting, wax, and printing shop ink for her more colourful art work.<\/p>\n

Other artistic talents:<\/u><\/h4>\n

Ana shows her love for music & harmony by singing as a first Soprano<\/strong> for 7 years in the DCAT chorus and with the Toronto city Opera company for 2 seasons.<\/p>\n

She also masters stained glass, furniture transformation, upholstery and knitting, together with drapes, cushions, and her own clothing design and sewing.<\/p>\n
