“My name is Roya H. I am from Afghanistan but I have lived only 5 years in my home country. I then moved to Istanbul, Turkey and lived another 5 years of my life there with my family. The good thing about living in Istanbul was that I got to learn Turkish very well.<\/p>\n

For a better education and safety, my family and I moved to Canada. It\u2019s been 9 months now that I am in Canada. I am in grade 5 in one of the schools in downtown Toronto. I love to dance and make videos in my free time. I have been falling in love with Canada as there are lots of opportunities and freedom for me to become a runway model. My interest in becoming a model started when I came to Canada.<\/p>\n

In the future, I aim to show my country Afghanistan, especially the leaders, the power of female individuals and what amazing things they can do when they are allowed to be free and educated.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
