American Gods Season 2 Auditions

Max Agency — a successful model and talent management agency in Canada representing men, women and children — is excited to announce that 2 of our talent have received audition requests for the hit television show American Gods!

Previous Max talent have been booked on the show so we are hopeful that more of our talent will be joining the American Gods cast!

American Gods is an American fantasy drama television series based on the novel of the same name, written by Neil Gaiman and developed by Bryan Fuller and Michael Green for the premium cable network Starz. Produced by FremantleMedia North America and distributed by Lionsgate Television, the series premiered on April 30, 2017. Ricky Whittle plays the series lead Shadow Moon, who meets a strange man named Mr. Wednesday (Ian McShane) after being released from prison, and soon becomes embroiled in a large-scale conflict between the Old Gods and the New Gods, who grow stronger each day. #RespectForParentsDay — Parents of Actors Appreciation

Happy #RespectForParentsDay from the team at Max Agency!

There are many reasons to appreciate parents from the point of view of a talent agency, especially in regards to our younger talent!

  • They are our point of contact.
  • They take the time out of their own busy schedules to travel around the city, taking the kids to their auditions, callbacks and bookings.
  • They take time off of work to be on set with our talent.

For these reasons and many more, we have respect for our Max parents!

Patricia W – Showcase Saturday!

Showcase Saturday has officially returned at Max Agency — a successful model and talent management agency in Canada representing men, women and children.

This week we are excited to feature our lovely talent Patricia W!

Patricia has been with Max for only 2 years however she has received many auditions and bookings in that amount of time. When she first came in to Max, we knew there was a place for her in the industry and thats definitely proven to be correct!

Most recently she shot 2 episodes of the hit television show American Gods which airs on Starz. This was an amazing gig to score and we could not be more proud of Patricia!

Patricia claims shes learned a lot about acting since joining Max. She has taken some acting classes with Lori Pearlstein and
Andrew Bee while also being given the privilege of doing a workshop with Gloria Mann. Patricia describes her as, “a very strong and courageous lady. Candid and honest with her opinions.” She found the workshop to be extremely helpful.

Patricia loves acting and hopes to continue. Even though she did not begin her acting career with Max until later in life, Patricias success should show anyone that it is never too late to pursue your dreams of acting!
