“I have always had a keen interest in fashion. I grew up watching modeling competitions on Youtube but never felt I was the right size or shape for typical modeling work. I was approached at the age of 15 by my mom and she persuaded me that this was something I could actually pursue. I enjoy it and would love to work in this industry.”

“My hobbies vary from playing video games to boxing and playing soccer during the summer. I’ve been doing boxing for 3 years and soccer since i was 4 (Im 16 now). I am also a very kind, energetic, fun person.”

Showcase Saturday – Ethan H.

“Anyone can be a model, everyone has a look that someone needs.”

Welcome back to Showcase Saturday here at MAX Agency —  a successful Toronto talent agency representing men, women and children.

This week we’ll be showcasing a passionate and talented individual on our roster: 

 Ethan H!

An introduction to Ethan:

“My name is Ethan Hoilett. Im 17 years old and Im in grade 12. I attend St. Bother Andre Catholic High School. I was born in Canada, but my parents are from Jamaica.”

How did you get into modelling/acting?

“I started taking pictures with my friend who is a photographer and he pointed out that I am very photogenic. I wanted to model for other people but I didnt know how to go about it by myself so I signed up with MAX Agency to start my career as a model.”



How has your experience been with MAX so far?

“My experience with Max has been great; Ive learned a lot! I remember going for my first audition and how nervous I was compared to how calm and relaxed I am now when I go for auditions.”

What do you like to do in your spare time?

“I love playing hockey! Its something Ive done all my life. I also take an interest in music and fashion. “



What is your dream role?

“My dream role is to model for any high end fashion brand i.e Off White, Heron Preston etc.”

Best advice for someone looking to get into the industry?

“Anyone can be a model, everyone has a look that someone needs. Also, always have confidence when working in this industry and believe in yourself.”
