Talent Showcase Saturday – Ariel S.

Welcome back to Showcase Saturday here at MAX Agency —  a successful Toronto acting agency representing men, women and children.

 

This week we’ll be showcasing a very talented member of our roster –Ariel S! 

Her Beginnings

My name is Ariel Sandmark and I’m from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I am 19 years of age and of Scandinavian decent. I am attending Durham College in September for Fitness and Health Promotions. I currently hold a part time employment position at Forever 21 and due to my love of fashion and styling, I enjoy it very much.

“How did you get into modelling/acting?”

I’ve always wanted to become a model / actress because ever since i was a little girl, I’ve always had a passion for dressing up and pretending to be different characters, either ones from TV and movies, or even ones from my own imagination! I decided when I was 17 to make my hopes and dreams of becoming an actress or model a reality.

His Experience with MAX Agency

My experience with Max has been excellent thus far, and my favourite part by far was the photo shoot for my headshots. I enjoyed posing and releasing my inner confidence in front of the camera while modelling.

Extracurriculars 

In my spare time I enjoy time with friends, soccer, going to the gym, runs, walking and reading books about anatomy and physiology.

Her Dream Role

My dream role is in either an action film or series, where I can show my athletic ability but also my emotional ranges, but I would also enjoy doing runway or photo shoots for new or known brands of clothes and shoes.


“Best advice for someone looking to get into the industry? or best advice you’ve received?”

Try your hardest no matter what you do and have confidence in everything you attempt, because even if you fail, you can say you did everything that you could have done and take it as a learning experience.

It has always been my goal in life to be a part of this industry, and I am so grateful that MAX Agency is giving me the opportunity to help me achieve my dreams!

MAX Agency’s Featured New Talent – Evan V.

“It just kind of hit him, and ever since then, acting was pretty much the only thing Evan could  think of.”

MAX Agency would like to introduce a talented and passionate new addition to our roster: Evan V!

 

Evan is a 14 year old Canadian with Russian background that comes from both parents. He speaks 3 languages including Russian, French and English. 

Evan decided to begin acting when he was around 9 years old. After witnessing people immerse themselves in characters all across television, he began doing the same on his own time. Evan and his parents then realized that this is something he might possibly be good at as-well as have tremendous passion for. It just kind of hit him and ever since then acting was pretty much the only thing Evan could think of!

A few hobbies Evan developed over his life time include sports like soccer and volleyball as-well as video games, music and binge watching 90s tv shows.  He has 8 years of training in martial arts background, holding a black belt, as well as a 7 year music background.
