Scouted at the age of 16 for my outgoing and spirited personality to model, my single mother feared I would be lost in an impressionable industry and lose sight of my desire to work with adults and children with special needs. I turned down the opportunity only to discover its beautiful resurgence as a proud mother of teenage girls of my own in my 40s.

Now partnered with Max Agency I am here to shine in my own light as a mature woman who inspires others by being ok in my own body the way it is and not what society thinks it should be. Max Agency has set the standard of what beauty and talent is and Im proud to be part of this journey with them.”

Roya H. – Kids modeling Toronto – New Talent

“My name is Roya H. I am from Afghanistan but I have lived only 5 years in my home country. I then moved to Istanbul, Turkey and lived another 5 years of my life there with my family. The good thing about living in Istanbul was that I got to learn Turkish very well.

For a better education and safety, my family and I moved to Canada. It’s been 9 months now that I am in Canada. I am in grade 5 in one of the schools in downtown Toronto. I love to dance and make videos in my free time. I have been falling in love with Canada as there are lots of opportunities and freedom for me to become a runway model. My interest in becoming a model started when I came to Canada.

In the future, I aim to show my country Afghanistan, especially the leaders, the power of female individuals and what amazing things they can do when they are allowed to be free and educated.”

Staying active will not only keep your body healthy, it will also help your mental well-being by increasing your self-esteem, giving you a sense of achievement when you reach your fitness goals, and boosting the production of feel-good hormones in your body. 

3. Learn New Skills
