De-puff your eyes with green tea bags. Brew two tea bags, let them cool, and then lie down, placing one on each eye. The caffeine in the tea reduces swelling and helps constrict blood vessels.
Exfoliate and condition your lips with a lip polish. Apply a moisturizing lip balm regular on the days leading up to the big event.
Do not skimp on your skincare routine. Cleanse your face from makeup at the end of each day, moisturize, and use a sunscreen during the day. If you have any breakouts, do not pick at them! Instead, use a drying lotion.

In the days before the event, cut down on carbs, sugar, sodium. These cause inflammation and bloating. Staying hydrating will help to relieve bloating.
Get 8 hours of sleep at night. For a good nights sleep, avoid caffeine after 1 PM and avoid eating after 8 PM.
Exfoliate your skin from head to toe to avoid ingrown hairs and dry spots. Apply lotion religiously to keep the skin moisturized.
