Model Gives Feedback on Recent Shoot!

MAX Agency model talks about her experience on a recent photoshoot.

Showcase Saturday – Harmohit C.

“I got into modelling/acting because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and try something new.”

Welcome back to Showcase Saturday here at MAX Agency —  a successful Toronto talent agency representing men, women and children.

This week we’ll be showcasing an intelligent and talented individual on our roster: 

 Harmohit C.!

An introduction to Harmohit:

“I was born and raised in Mississauga, and Ive always been environmentally friendly which is why I have earned a degree in environmental studies as well as a diploma in sustainable technology. I currently work in the HVAC and building automation systems industry.”

How he got into modelling/acting:

“I got into modelling/acting because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. I decided to just jump right in because it would be a great way for me to learn new skills and meet new people.”

His experience with MAX Agency so far:

“My experience with MAX Agency has been very good. I have learned a lot and I have been fortunate enough to book a few fun gigs thanks to MAX Agency. My most memorable moment was landing a starring role in Canada: The Story of Us because it was my first ever audition and I was chosen almost immediately!”

How he spends his free time:

“In my spare time I like to play video games, read books and learn new things. Im constantly researching new tech developments and I have a job that allows me to work with mechanical systems in buildings that save energy.”

His dream role:

“My dream role would be a villain in an action movie or TV show. I think it would be cool to play the bad guy and beat up (or get beaten up by) the hero!”

Advice for any new comers to the industry:

“My advice to anyone whos looking to get into the industry would be: Keep an open mind and push yourself outside your comfort zone. When you go out there and audition is when you really start to discover what youre capable of and open up to new opportunities!”

 Karyn O.!

An introduction to Karyn:

“I’m a born and raised Canadian. My background is Portuguese and Nova Scotian. I’ve lived in the city my whole life.”

How she got involved in modelling/acting:
“I got into modelling because I’ve always wanted to be the face of a product, to simply just be a model for a clothing line or for an advertisement.”
 
Her experience with MAX Agency:
“My experience with MAX has been good, the staff there is nice. I get submitted for some projects which excite me and make me hope for the best.”
How she spends her spare time:
“In my spare time I mostly do homework. I like to read novels and make YouTube videos that I will soon be posting. I like to make a bunch of videos so I can produce them frequently.”
 
Her dream role:
“My dream role is to be a YouTuber, social influencer and/or a lawyer.”
Best advice:
“My best advice for someone wanting to get into the industry is to never give up!”
