Top Toronto talent agency introduces twin brothers Emmanuel and carlos comtois

These handsome little actors are twin brothers Emmanuel and Carlos Comtois. Described as fun, silly, cute, and full of energy. With French Canadian and Eurasian parents, they were born at only 33 weeks. 

Young gamer, Carlos had emergency surgery as soon as he was born. 3 surgeries later, he is now an energetic little actor who is proud to show off his scars and to tell his story. 

Both boys love making new friends. Emmanuel pictured above made himself a new friend while waiting for his photoshoot with Mastermind Toys. Fun fact: He is already planning his wedding to his girlfriend and has started inviting people. Save the date for when he is older!

Carlos and Emmanuel kept asking to be on TV, and eventually joined our kid actors roster! The boys had fun during their photoshoot where Carlos kept making the photographer laugh! The two actors take directions very well and every time they have auditions they are straight to work.. “ok lets practice now for audition” is what both boys say. 

They dream of  doing voiceover roles in cartoons like Luca and love the idea of being future YouTubers!

Toronto agency Talent showcase: Marshall Abram

We are proud to have talented, funny and full of energy, Marshall Abram, in our roster! 

Having worked in video stores, surrounded by films of all genres in which he finds magic, Marshall has always been passionate about film and theatre. 

He tells us that  he has always been a class clown, telling stories and making people laugh, and had found it natural to explore theatre. While opportunities in film were presented to him, he was hesitant to take the leap. “We are taught as kids to keep our feet grounded and head out of the clouds. So I would always step back and get back to what i thought was real work. Now that Im older…very much so…i felt I was at a place in my life where I could start to dream a little. My family has been super supportive.” 

Marshall shares how he turns his ideas into creative projects :”I get little creative ideas. Like a little spark. I really should write them down, but i dont. If it stays in my thoughts, sometimes for months or even years, I flush out a picture of what i want the spark to be. More ponder percolation until i create a scene. Then its a matter of getting my butt in gear for execution before i lose motivation. This applies to everything creative. Poetry, story books, pictures/drawings, anything film related etc.” Here is a short video that is one of his creations:

His dream role ranges from being a romantic lead to a cool spy and to a vilain. The contrast between a role and his personality motivates him to excel as an actor. 

His passion and motivation shows through as he tells us that, “Everything in this industry is HARD WORK. You have to put the work in. I know it looks easy, but that only because the people who are in it LOVE it. And its not work if you love what you do.”

How has your experience been with MAX Agency?

“My experience with Max has been fantastic. Ive loved every audition Ive been on, every self tape. Heck, I even get a little thrill with every email notification about a simple submission.”

Max Agency Talent Spotlight, New MAX Talent

Toronto Agency introduces new talent – Alexa n.

We are happy to introduce Alexa N. as our talent feature today!

She has appeared in a few musical videos for the group Splash N Boots on the Treehouse Network, and has also had a principal role in a video clip that was featured on Sesame Street (“P” is for Paleontologist). These opportunities resonated with Alexa and she realized that she enjoyed working in front of the camera. Based on her interest in getting further involved in the acting and modeling industry, Alexa signed with the Max Agency.

Alexa has been a competitive dancer for over three years, where she has been trained in ballet, acro, jazz, musical theatre and her specialty, tap. Her other interests include spending time with family and friends, playing video games (especially Roadblocks), and watching TikTok videos! She also spends a great deal of time playing with her puppy, Mocha.

Alexa has a great sense of humor and her dream role would be something comedic like Modern Family which is currently her favorite show and, because of her love of tacos, a featured role in a Taco Bell commercial!

When signing with Max Agency, she has enjoyed dressing up, getting her makeup done and taking professional photos! Alexa is excited to be represented by the Max Agency, and is looking forward to future acting and modeling roles to come.
