The Most Crush-Worthy Movie Dads – Happy Father’s Day!

Fathers Day is this weekend and MAX Agency wanted to pay homage to some of the most crush-worthy movie dads of our time! These men had us swooning from their great looks to their awesome parenting.

Atticus Finch – To Kill a Mockingbird

Gregory Peck portrayed this iconic character in 1962. Not only is Atticus crush-worthy due to his dapper looks but because of his morality. He raised Jem and Scout to be fair and stand up for others, leading by example when he defended a black man in court.

Chris Gardner – The Pursuit of Happyness

Will Smith embodies this amazing fatherhood role which is based on a true story. Despite being homeless, Chris never gives up and continues his pursuit of providing for his young son while being a single father.

Jackson Lamb – Super 8

Kyle Chandler stars as a father and deputy sheriff in this epic film. Despite losing his wife, he is committed to doing whatever he can to protect his son and the town from a mysterious threat.

Joe Klingman – The Game Plan

Dwayne Johnson plays a professional football player who finds out he has a eight year old daughter. While the Rock is crush-worthy in essentially all of his movie roles, seeing him as a father makes us swoon even more!

Dr. Alexander Murry – A Wrinkle in Time

The always attractive Chris Pine plays the lead characters kidnapped father in this film. While missing for a majority of the movie, we appreciate every moment of screen time he has as the incredibly intelligent and handsome scientist.

Lee Abbot – A Quiet Place

John Krasinski makes us fall in love with his character as the hunky, tough yet caring, loving father and husband in this thriller. He does everything he can to protect his family and whats more attractive than that?

Scott Lang – Ant-Man and the Wasp

Not only is Paul Rudd a stud but his character truly is an amazing father. He cares about his daughter and makes sure to communicate with her about the risks he faces. Plus hes the most humorous dad on the list thus far!

Will Hayes – Definitely, Maybe

So many adorable moments happen between Ryan Reynolds and his on-screen daughter in this film. Not only is Reynolds as hot as ever but seeing him be a funny and lovable single dad just is too much! Can he get any cuter?

Matt King – The Descendants

George Clooney plays a father of two troubled girls in this comedic drama. After a tragic accident involving his wife, Elizabeth, Matt and his daughters grow closer as they deal with the loss and the news that Elizabeth was cheating on Matt. While far from a perfect father, you cant help but fall for Clooneys character and appreciate his relationship with his daughters.

Mike ODonnell- 17 Again

Matthew Perry is charming as ever as the soon-to-be-divorced dad in this teen comedy. Not only is Matt good looking and funny but once Zac Efron takes over for him, he becomes an even more crush-worthy version of himself.

Nick Parker – The Parent Trap

This single father of long lost twins is portrayed by the dreamy Dennis Quaid. While he sometimes needs a little guidance in the love department (hence the parent trap), his charming persona and beautiful baby blues will have everyone crushing on Nick Parker!

Tuck – This Means War

Tom Hardy plays a divorced dad in this comedy alongside Reese Witherspoon and Chris Pine. While Tuck uses his fatherly charm and good looks in an attempt to win over Witherspoons character, he ends up reconnecting with his ex-wife and working on improving the relationship with his son. Everybody say it with us now: “Awwww!”

Alex Wheatley – Safe Haven

Josh Duhamel is the love interest and single father in this Nicholas Sparks romance. You cant help but have heart eyes for this dad when he takes his kids to the beach and shows off his great body! With that dashing smile and fun personality, its no wonder the female lead falls in love and agrees to help raise his kids with him!

Billy Hope – Southpaw

While Jake Gyllenhaals character is far from crush-worthy after losing his wife and nearly killing himself at the beginning of the film, you grow to love the guy as he fights to regain custody of his daughter. In the end, she ends up attending one of his fights and forgiving him, becoming closer than ever.
