MAX AGENCY: DEVELOPMENT VS LAUNCH SIDE

Hello Max Talent,
 
Recently there has been a lot of questions regarding open calls. Open calls only apply to people who are on the launch side. Please refer to the chart about how a talent starts in the development side and how the talent slowly moves to the launch side ( where they get submitted for work) 
So basically, if the talent is still in the progress to build the material, is on training, or is waiting, scheduled, or has missed an orientation, talent cannot be submitted for the open project. 
 
NOTE: If you receive an open call email please read it carefully before submitting a request to the booking agent.
